If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. Shipping And Handling Fruitful Occasions delivers Nationwide and next day orders are from Tuesday to Saturday depending on what time your order came through. Please note, we use fresh fruit every day which differs in size and colour and taste as it is a natural food product. Thus, you may find some designs to look different than what is on the image but this does not mean the fruit is not the same. Sometimes we have to replace fruits if some fruits are low in stock but we always ensure you get better value for money in such cases. |
| Delivery Schedule Once the delivery has been made please make sure you keep the Fruitful Occasions refrdgerated Please consume within 4 hours. If care has been taken to keep the Fruitful Occasions refridgerated then the bouquet can last upto 24 hours. Please also take care when eating the fruit as sharp skewers are used. Children need to be supervised when eating from the bouquet. Item may have been in contact with Nuts so please be advised for Nuts Allergies. Please make sure you do not place the item on you lap whilst travelling. We deliver your order 0n the date you have specified if for some reason we cannot deliver it will be booked in for the next earliest delivery slot available in that area. Please be advised that all deliveries will be made between 8am to 7pm Monday to Saturday in Birmingham and National UK deliveries are Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 6pm unless a timed delivery has been selected then we will book it in as a am delivery. If for any reason the delivery is delayed due to a unfortunate event i.e Traffic, Road Accidents,Road Works, Poor weather conditions. Then we can not take responsibility for late delivery. We will try our very best at all time to make a delivery on time but it can not be guaranteed. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and most importantly the post code needs to be correct as many times the drivers will enter the post code in the sat Nav and go straight to the door number not necessarily checking the road name! So please ensure the address and any extra details are added to the delivery notes such as department or ward etc... If possible please ensure someone at the delivery address will be able to sign for the product, if this is not feasible the order will be left with a neighbor. If a neighbor is not available, the order will be left without a signature on the porch, garden etc. And please note ideally we need a contact number for the recipient also. Deliveries will only be made to receptionists, post rooms or receiving bays for business, hospital and hotel addresses. Please give as much information for the driver on delivery notes and he/she will try there best to deliver directly to the recipient if possible. |
